埃佛尔激光管

CO2激光管是双层结构的玻璃管组成，在内层的玻璃管两端安装有光学镜片，在内部管子的外侧还有一层接通水流，让水流的运行来带走产生激光产生的热量，来保护两端的激光镜片。CO2激光管的功率一般分为40瓦，60瓦、80瓦、100瓦、130瓦、150瓦、170瓦等。功率的增大，导致激光管的体积增大，内部存有的CO2气体要多一些，在高压作用下，CO2气体发生电离，气体受激辐射产生激光，当不断产生的激光通过内部的两个镜片在激光腔体内产生谐振，功率就会不断的增强，于是产生激光，通过输出口输出，也就是输出镜片端输出。

Connect the electrode wire to the (,-) pole, do not connect it wrongly. CO2 laser (laser tube) installation instructions:

冷却管安装方式为负极进水、正极出水，满足下进下出原则，接口处无渗漏。
使用前蓄水器内必须存有足够的水，水投入使用后水冷管内不得有气泡（每次使用前必须检查）。
如果激光管垂直安装，请注意激光管顶部不能有气泡，有气泡时运行会产生热冲击，从而导致激光管损坏。
The cooling pipe is installed in such a way that the water in the negative electrode and the water out of the positive electrode meet the principle of bottom in and bottom out,
and there is no leakage at the interface,There must be enough water in the water reservoir before use,and there must be no bubbles in the water-cooling pipe after the water is put into use (must be checked before each use).
If the laser tube is installed vertically, please note that there should be no bubbles on the top of the laser tube.Operation when bubbles are present will cause thermal shock, which may cause damage to the laser tube.
为了保持激光管的良好性能，请使用20至25摄氏度之间的温控水冷却器。如果冷却水不稳定，激光管的输出功率就会不稳定。
To maintain good performance of the laser tube, please use a temperature-controlled water cooler between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius.
If the cooling water is unstable, the output power of the laser tube will be unstable
安装激光管时，请在激光管高压端与任何其他金属表面之间留有足够的空间。
如果间隙太小，触发激光管的高压会与金属表面打火，导致激光管损坏，甚至损坏激光机的其他主要电子元件。
When installing the laser tube, please leave enough space between the high voltage end of the laser tube and any other metal surface.
